2022 VFX Worker's Survey: Rates and Working Conditions

Hey there fellow VFX workers! VFX-IATSE is conducting a poll to spread knowledge of what we are worth, and so we as workers know how our working conditions and pay compare to industry standards.

Our goal is to create a more sustainable VFX industry for all, and for workers to have a seat at the table to exercise consent over our own lives.

All submissions will be anonymized and tallied with aggregated totals. However, collecting contact info is necessary to ensure the authenticity of all survey submissions. Results of this survey are to be released early 2023. Click here to view last year’s results.

Hey there fellow VFX workers! We are conducting a poll highlighting rates and working conditions to help spread knowledge of what YOU are worth. Our goal is to create a more sustainable VFX industry for all, and for workers to have a seat at the table to exercise consent over their own life.

We are asking that you complete the poll below for your most recent show worked on in 2022. Once this poll closes the results will be tallied, anonymized, and distributed in early 2023 by email. IATSE will also distribute to the VFX Production Group to post on their Instagram.

We are publishing the anonymized data so that workers have information about their working conditions and what they earn.
